Welcome to Snaply. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or subscribing to our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your personal data and privacy.
1. Use of Services
Snaply provides a turnkey platform enabling entrepreneurs to launch and manage branded service businesses (electrician, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and more). Our SnapStart division handles all backend operations—CRM, scheduling, business phone/text, and support—while you retain full ownership of your business. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, business preferences.
- Usage Data: Booking history, service categories selected, CRM interactions, support inquiries.
- Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, billing address (processed securely via our payment partner; we do not store full card numbers).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To process bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and manage your Snaply business.
- Platform Management: To configure your CRM, phone/text service, and scheduler; to troubleshoot and improve our platform.
- Communications: To send you account updates, marketing materials (with opt-out), and customer support responses.
- Analytics & Improvement: To analyze platform usage, optimize features, and personalize your experience.
4. Payment Terms & Data Sharing
- The one-time startup fee ($249) and monthly subscription ($97/mo) are processed securely; recurring payments continue until canceled.
- We share only the minimum necessary billing and contact information with our payment processor and hosting providers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform code, branding templates, training materials, and backend systems remain the property of Snaply and SnapStart. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely to operate your Snaply business.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and business information.
- Maintain current billing information to avoid service interruptions.
- Comply with all applicable local regulations in the service categories you offer.
7. Termination of Services
Snaply reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Violation of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service
Any unpaid fees remain due upon termination.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Snaply and SnapStart provide technology and support; we do not perform the actual field work. We are not liable for:
- Service outcomes or customer disputes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or data due to platform downtime
Your sole remedy for any issue is to contact our support team for resolution under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, CA.
10. Important Notice
We do not share your personal data (name, email, phone, etc.) with unaffiliated third parties, except:
- When required by law or a valid legal process
- To protect our rights, property, safety, or that of others
